Have a whisky on the water with Kilchoman and the Glassboat Brasserie.
One of the first farm distilleries built on Islay for 124 years, established in 2005, Kilchoman is one of only six distilleries to carry out traditional floor maltings, but the key difference at Kilchoman is that the barley is grown right there on the farm. Islay has a reputation for producing top quality malts and this provenance is reflected in the flavour of the whiskies. Join us as George Wills, son of founder Anthony Wills, guides us through a selection of Kilchoman Single Malt whiskies exploring the flavours and nuances of this finely crafted spirit.
